Kevin oversees all legal matters for Chevy Chase Trust. Prior to joining Chevy Chase Trust, he was Of Counsel at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP in Washington, D.C. He has extensive knowledge and experience with respect to investment funds, corporate governance, securities regulation, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and other complex transactions.
Kevin received a B.A. in Political Science and History from Duke University and a Juris Doctor (magna cum laude) from Duke University School of Law. Between college and law school, Kevin served as a Surface Warfare Officer in the United States Navy.
