Maddi supports the Chevy Chase Trust Compliance Team as an Associate Compliance Officer. Prior to joining Chevy Chase Trust, Maddi was a Budget Analyst with the United States Department of Agriculture, where she worked on complex federal budgets.

Maddi holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the College of Charleston.
