Martin is responsible for performing various operational and regulatory audits for Chevy Chase Trust and its subsidiaries.

Prior to joining Chevy Chase Trust, Martin was a consultant and senior auditor at Protiviti Consulting Firm.  Prior to that, Martin worked at Citigroup where he was a Vice President for the Global Rates Audit Team covering both bank and broker dealer trading businesses and Treasury.  Prior to audit, Martin worked for 15 years at Citibank in cash management, client relationship, and sales and trading.  He has extensive knowledge of processes and regulations that drive the financial industry and prides himself in being able to work with businesses to analyze control structures and for recommending best practices.

Martin is a graduate of The College of New Jersey where he obtained his BS in Business Administration and of The University of Baltimore where he obtained his MBA.
