Maxwell is Senior Legal Assistant and Corporate Paralegal for the firm. Prior to joining Chevy Chase Trust, Maxwell held positions at the U.S. Department of State and Corporation Service Company.  He has over 10 years of experience in consular affairs and corporate transactions.  Maxwell earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Spanish, as well as a Master of Arts in Latin American and Hemispheric Studies, both from The George Washington University.
