Melanie provides oversight and management of the firm’s various tax reporting requirements, including custodial and fiduciary account reporting.
Prior to joining Chevy Chase Trust, Melanie was a Tax Consultant at Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., advising businesses on identifying and managing risk as it relates to customer tax information reporting. Before that, Melanie was a Tax Manager at PriceWaterhouseCoopers, where she spent over ten years providing fiduciary income tax compliance and tax information reporting services to national and regional based financial institutions.
Melanie graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a degree in Finance and Accounting. She is a Certified Public Accountant licensed by the State of New York.
