Paula is a Wealth Advisor and Relationship Manager at Chevy Chase Trust, where she has served clients since joining the firm in 2015. She brings more than 20 years of experience in wealth management, advising high-net-worth individuals and families who value a premier boutique investment management firm and a highly personalized approach.
Paula advises clients across a range of disciplines, including investment management, financial and estate planning, trust administration, and special needs planning. A strong client advocate, she takes a holistic approach to wealth management by assembling and coordinating teams of in-house specialists and external advisors—such as attorneys, accountants, and other professionals—to deliver integrated solutions.
Complementing her experience in traditional wealth management, Paula has earned the Chartered Special Needs Consultant® designation and developed deep expertise in the legal strategies and planning tools essential to effective special needs planning.
Paula earned her B.S. from the University of Maryland University College. She holds the Certified Financial Planner® (CFP®), Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA®), and Chartered Special Needs Consultant® (ChSNC®) designations. She is an active member of the D.C. Metro Area Financial Planning Association and The Academy of Special Needs Planners, serves on the Board of Directors of the Montgomery County (Maryland) Estate Planning Council, and is a member of the Washington, D.C. Estate Planning Council.
