Philip supports the Chief Compliance Officer in the oversight of the firm’s corporate compliance program, including assisting Chevy Chase Trust and its employees with compliance, with rules and regulations of regulatory agencies and firm–wide standards of conduct.

Prior to joining Chevy Chase Trust, Philip attended Catholic University. Philip currently holds his SIE and a B.S. in Business Administration with a focus on finance and data analytics.
