Sara is responsible for the design and production of the firm’s marketing, events and communications materials, as well as maintaining the company website and social media channels. As a part of the Chevy Chase Trust marketing team, she ensures that print and digital collateral meets brand and style guidelines across all platforms. Sara brings over 15 years of marketing, communications and design expertise to the team.   

Prior to joining Chevy Chase Trust, she served as the Marketing Manager at the boutique management consulting firm Voyage Advisory, and as the Communications Director at the Chicago Yacht Club. For many years, she operated her own marketing and design studio specializing in graphic and web design, photography and social media management.

Sara graduated from the Maryland Institute College of Art, Cum Laude in 2005 with BFA in General Fine Art. While enrolled, Proctor was awarded the Academic Excellence Scholarship, the MICA Achievement Award, and a MICA Trustees Award. To date, her drawings, paintings, and photographs have been featured in over 25 group exhibitions and several solo shows in Baltimore, Annapolis, and Chicago.
