Tanisha assists the Chief Compliance Officer in the oversight of the firm’s compliance program to ensure that Chevy Chase Trust and its employees are in compliance with rules and regulations of regulatory agencies, company policies and procedures and firm–wide standards of conduct.

Prior to joining Chevy Chase Trust, Tanisha was an Assistant Vice President and Senior Compliance Analyst for T. Rowe Price. Tanisha has experience developing and implementing policies and procedures, performing a variety of internal audits, training employees on compliance topics and collaborating with business leaders to identify and remediate areas of compliance risk.

Tanisha earned her undergraduate degree from Drexel University.
